Refund policy

At Little Barbarians, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds, we do provide an exchange option if something isn’t right.

Eligibility for Exchange (within 7 days of receiving your order):

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
  • A size issue or manufacturing defect must be present

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Sale or discounted articles
  • Accessories
  • Items damaged, altered, or mishandled after delivery

Delivery Charges (DC):

  • For exchanges, delivery charges will be borne by the customer
  • In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Little Barbarians will cover the exchange DC

Procedure for Exchange:

  1. Contact us at 0345-0977801 with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Our customer care team will acknowledge your request and may ask for pictures or additional details to verify the claim.
  3. Once the case is reviewed, our team will reach out with the next steps.
  4. Please allow 7–14 working days for us to investigate, process, and update you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
  5. If approved, you will be guided on how to send back the item, and upon receiving it, we will dispatch the exchanged product.
