Little Barbarians Indoor Play Policy

This policy applies specifically to Little Barbarians Indoor Play products, including complete play sets, swings, climbing equipment, ladders, trapeze products, climbing blocks and related Indoor Play items.

Indoor Play products follow different payment, delivery, cancellation and warranty rules from our Kidswear products.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

All Indoor Play orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins.

Customers may first submit or reserve their order through our website. Our team will then contact the customer to confirm the product, colour, delivery city and any relevant installation requirements.

Once the order details are confirmed, the 50% advance payment confirms the order and production begins.

The remaining 50% balance is payable after receiving and checking the parcel, according to the confirmed order arrangement.

Full Cash on Delivery is not available for Indoor Play products.

Advance payments may currently be made through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

After receiving the advance payment, Little Barbarians provides an order confirmation containing relevant details such as the selected product, colour, total amount, advance paid, remaining balance, delivery city and expected dispatch period.

2. Production & Dispatch Time

Indoor Play products are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 8–10 working days from receipt of the advance payment.

Custom-colour orders may require approximately 1–2 additional working days.

The 8–10 working day period refers to production and preparation for dispatch. Courier transit time is additional and may vary depending on the customer's destination.

3. Nationwide Delivery

Little Barbarians provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery charges for Indoor Play products depend on factors including:

  • Final packed weight
  • Product configuration
  • Destination
  • Current courier rates

Delivery charges are generally calculated at the time of dispatch because courier rates may change.

For complete sets, delivery charges may vary depending on the final packed weight and destination.

Indoor Play products do not qualify for the general “Free Delivery above Rs. 5,000” offer applicable to other eligible products on the website.

Delivery charges are payable with the remaining balance unless otherwise confirmed with the customer.

4. Cancellation Before Production

Customers may cancel an Indoor Play order before production has started.

If the cancellation is accepted before production begins, the advance payment will be fully refunded.

5. Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

This is because Indoor Play products are prepared against confirmed customer orders and may include customised specifications such as rope length, colour or product configuration.

6. Custom-Colour Orders

Custom-colour orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

This does not affect the customer's rights regarding an eligible manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.

7. Damaged Parcels

If an Indoor Play product arrives damaged during transit, the customer must contact Little Barbarians on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Photo or video evidence of the damage must be provided so that the issue can be assessed.

If Little Barbarians or the courier is responsible for the damage, Little Barbarians will arrange the appropriate replacement and will bear the applicable replacement shipping charges.

8. Missing Parts or Hardware

If a component or piece of hardware that should have been supplied with the product is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

After reasonable verification, the missing supplied component will be sent free of cost.

9. Indoor Play Warranty

Little Barbarians Indoor Play products include a 6-month warranty against eligible manufacturing defects under normal recommended indoor use.

Wooden Components

Covered:

  • Cracking or splitting caused by a manufacturing or material defect
  • Structural failure under normal recommended use

Not covered:

  • Minor natural wood checking or natural cracks
  • Grain variations
  • Knots
  • Natural colour variations
  • Dents or scratches caused during use
  • Moisture or water damage

Metal Components

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty welding
  • Component failure under normal intended use

Not covered:

  • Rust or corrosion caused by moisture or outdoor exposure
  • Bending caused by misuse or overloading
  • Cosmetic scratches

Ropes

Covered:

  • Premature failure caused by a manufacturing defect

Not covered:

  • Normal fraying
  • Normal discolouration
  • Cuts or burns
  • Damage caused by incorrect adjustment
  • Water or weather exposure

Swings, Ladders, Trapeze Products & Similar Components

Covered:

  • Structural manufacturing defects in the supplied product

Not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Excessive twisting
  • Excessive swinging
  • Multiple children using one individual component simultaneously
  • Exceeding the recommended weight limit
  • Use outside the intended conditions

Paint / Finish

Covered:

  • Significant peeling or flaking attributable to an application or manufacturing defect

Not covered:

  • Scratches
  • Chips caused by impact
  • Normal fading
  • Damage caused by cleaning chemicals
  • Moisture damage
  • Outdoor or weather exposure

Installation Hardware

Covered:

  • Hardware supplied defective at the time of delivery

Not covered:

  • Failure caused by incorrect installation
  • Installation into an unsuitable ceiling or wall
  • Incorrect drilling
  • Improper tightening
  • Third-party installation errors

10. Installation Workmanship

Installation-workmanship issues are covered only where installation has been carried out directly by Little Barbarians.

Little Barbarians is not responsible for installation-workmanship issues where installation is carried out by:

  • The customer
  • A carpenter
  • A contractor
  • A handyman
  • Any other third-party installer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the wall, ceiling and installation surface are suitable before installation.

11. Incorrect Installation

Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered under warranty.

This includes installation into an unsuitable ceiling or wall, improper drilling, incorrect fixing, improper tightening or other third-party installation errors.

Little Barbarians provides installation guidance and WhatsApp support for customers outside Sialkot, but responsibility for third-party workmanship remains with the customer and installer.

12. Normal Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

This includes reasonable signs of use such as surface scratches, normal rope wear, minor cosmetic changes and other deterioration associated with normal product usage.

13. Warranty Remedy

Where Little Barbarians confirms an eligible manufacturing defect, the standard remedy is replacement of the defective product or affected component, as appropriate.

Hardware replacement after normal use may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

14. Installed Products & Change of Mind

An Indoor Play product that has already been installed cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.

Customers are therefore encouraged to confirm:

  • Product selection
  • Available room space
  • Ceiling or wall compatibility
  • Colour
  • Installation requirements

before confirming their order.

15. Eligible Exchanges

Eligible Indoor Play exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Approval of an exchange depends on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.

For an approved eligible exchange under the current Little Barbarians policy, Little Barbarians will bear the applicable delivery charges.

Custom-colour products, installed products and products affected by misuse or improper installation are not eligible for a normal change-of-mind exchange.

16. Safety & Recommended Use

Little Barbarians Indoor Play products are intended for supervised indoor use.

  • Recommended age: 2–10 years
  • Recommended maximum user weight: 60 kg
  • Adult supervision is required/recommended during use
  • Only one child should use an individual component at a time
  • A suitable cushioned safety mat or play surface is recommended

The recommended user weight and tested load are different concepts. Any internal load testing should not be interpreted as an independent or government safety certification.

17. Installation Compatibility

Ceiling-mounted products require a suitable structural RCC fixing point.

Products must not be installed directly into a false ceiling.

Where ceiling installation is unsuitable, another installation solution, such as a suitable wall-mounted iron bar/frame, may be considered depending on the customer's room.

Wall Climbing Blocks are intended for suitable structural walls such as:

  • Concrete
  • Solid brick
  • Suitable block masonry

They should not be installed into:

  • Drywall / gypsum partitions
  • Wooden partition walls

Customers should confirm installation compatibility where unsure before proceeding.

18. Installation Service

Little Barbarians currently provides installation service in Sialkot only.

Current installation charge for a complete Barbarian Set:

Rs. 2,500

For customers outside Sialkot, Little Barbarians provides installation guidance, video support and WhatsApp assistance.

A competent local carpenter or installer with the appropriate tools may carry out installation using the supplied guidance and applicable hardware.

Third-party installation workmanship remains the responsibility of the customer and installer.
