Before reserving Indoor Play
Compatibility: Ceiling-mounted products require a suitable structural RCC slab or beam and must not be fixed directly to a false ceiling. Installation service is available in Sialkot; outside Sialkot, video, WhatsApp and hardware guidance is available for a competent local installer.
Ordering: Submit your reservation through Shopify. Little Barbarians will confirm the product, colour, city, delivery and installation details before collecting the compulsory 50% advance. Full cash on delivery is not available for Indoor Play orders. The remaining 50% is paid after receiving and checking the parcel under the confirmed delivery arrangement.
Timing and delivery: Orders are prepared for dispatch in approximately 8–10 working days after the advance is received. Nationwide delivery charges are based on final packed weight, destination and current courier rates and are calculated at dispatch.
Warranty: A six-month warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects under normal recommended use.
