Our play equipment is prepared against confirmed orders and is dispatched as a large, heavy parcel with significant packaging and delivery costs.
To confirm your order and reserve it for processing, we require a 50% advance payment. This confirmation helps us avoid unconfirmed orders, last-minute cancellations, and parcel refusal at the time of delivery, which can result in substantial two-way courier charges.
The remaining 50% balance can be paid after receiving and checking the parcel. Once your advance payment is received, our team will confirm your order and begin processing it.
